1Introduction

4Deposits & Withdrawals

luck33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• All transactions at luck33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No conversion fees apply on local payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your luck33 balance promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. luck33 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
• luck33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.
• luck33 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• luck33 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, over which luck33 has no control.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting at luck33, including PSL betting, cricket, and all other sporting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. luck33 will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases where an obvious pricing error occurred, a market is void, or the event is cancelled or abandoned before the bet's settlement criteria are met.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled after it has started, luck33 will apply standard industry void rules for each affected market. Some markets may be settled based on play that occurred before the abandonment – specific rules are published in the relevant market description.
• luck33 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at its discretion, including during in-play events.

• luck33 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict betting markets for any individual account where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting patterns, arbitrage activity, or abuse of promotions.

6Casino & Live Games

The following rules apply to all casino products at luck33, including roulette, poker, jackpot slots, the Aviator game, and live dealer games:

• All random number generator (RNG) casino games at luck33 use certified RNG software from third-party providers whose systems are independently audited. Game outcomes are not manipulated by luck33.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers using physical equipment. luck33 is not responsible for technical failures on the live dealer provider's side, though we will attempt to resolve any settlement disputes arising from such failures.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure before completion, the outcome will be determined according to the relevant provider's rules. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7Bonuses & Promotions

luck33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second or duplicate account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses at luck33 are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Different game categories contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. 9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at luck33 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity including but not limited to: using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: using luck33 to process funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions with the intent to conceal the origin of funds.
• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, placing bets that cover all outcomes to clear wagering requirements (known as "bonus whoring"), or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus conditions.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Automated betting software: using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games at luck33.
• Exploitation of software errors: knowingly taking advantage of a technical error in the odds, game software, or payment system at luck33. Any winnings arising from an error will be voided.
• Match fixing or insider information: placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of events, or participating in any attempt to fix or manipulate the result of any sporting event.

10Responsible Gaming
